Two addresses, two doors. One for the service and its content, the other for the association.
Who to write to
Write to the service
A board, a symbol, a label, a sound, a printout that will not behave, an idea for a situation that is missing.
Write to the association
ODERSA, its statutes, its funding, the press, a partnership, an institutional request.
What we can usefully answer
- A word missing from a board, a label that is wrong, a badly chosen symbol. This is what improves the service fastest.
- A situation the ready-made boards do not cover: a hospital ward, a consulting room, a classroom, a town hall reception desk.
- A technical problem that can be reproduced: the device, the browser, the page, what you expected, what happened.
- A translation: the service is designed to be served in seven languages, and the labels are what gets translated.
- A re-use: printing for a ward, adapting for an association, contributing to another open project. See the licence.
What we do not do
ODERSA is not a care service. We give no opinion on any person’s situation, no equipment recommendation for an individual case, and no assessment of anyone’s abilities. Those questions belong to a speech and language therapist, a care team or a resource centre, who know the person.
Do not send any health information, any medical report, or any identifying photograph. We do not need them, and we do not keep them.
Reporting an error has its own page, with a pre-filled message that goes to the right place: report an error.
The association
