Report an error
A symbol that does not say what its label announces, a wrong word, a board that prints badly, a licence badly credited: say so, and it will be put right.
The message is sent by your own email program. We keep only what you write, for as long as it takes to put things right.
If your browser does not open an email program, write directly to speak@odersa.org, giving the address of the page. For the administration of the association, the address is contact@odersa.org.
What is most useful to us
On a communication tool, an error is not just a typing mistake: it can make someone say the opposite of what they meant. These reports therefore count double.
- A symbol whose picture does not match its label, or which is understood differently in different cultures.
- A label that is wrong, ambiguous or hurtful.
- A cell order that gets in the way of use, or an expected cell missing in a given situation.
- A recorded sound that does not say the word on its cell.
- A board that comes out badly in print: cells cut off, labels illegible, blank page.
- A symbol licence badly cited or wrongly attributed. These reports come before the others: a false attribution is put right at once.
What helps to put it right quickly
- The address of the page, copied from the browser bar.
- The name of the board and the label of the cell concerned.
- What you expected instead.
- The device and the browser, when the problem is visual or has to do with sound.
